A family is asking for the community’s help with finding their loved one, Michael Jay Garcia, who went missing years ago in south-central Kansas.
Michael, who was 40 and homeless when he vanished, was last seen some time in October 2018. He was last known to be in Wichita, but he also has family in Oklahoma.
