Nearly two years have passed since a Kansas City man was reported missing.
Wilfred Powell, then 67, was last seen on Dec. 13, 2023, in the 1200 block of N. 7th St at the Frank Williams Center in Kansas City.
There is concern for him because he is blind and is diagnosed with a mental illness. Wilfred frequents the Frank Williams Center along with the 2800 block of Sewell Ave, KCKPD shares.
Back then, he was wearing a black leather jacket with white and gray accents, gray athletic pants and black and white shoes.
