It’s been 15 years since Bernard Francis Mulanax was last seen in northeast Kansas.
Bernard was last seen on Dec. 26, 2009, in Manhattan. He failed to make a doctor’s appointment, according to Department of Justice records. He has not been seen since.
When he vanished, Bernard left items at his apartment. His roommates thought he may travel to Topeka or to an Indian reservation in South Dakota.
