A northeast Kansas man vanished two decades ago, and the case remains a mystery to this day. Willard Tom Marks was last seen on July 10, 2005. According a case file with the Department of Justice, officers spoke with him on that day, as Willard was trying to hitchhike in Topeka.
When the case was filed, the then 55-year-old was believed to possibly be in Oskaloosa, Kan.. Yet, he talked of wanting to go to Denver. He also enjoyed visiting Boulder, Colo. He had been hospitalized in a state mental hospital in Colorado and also got similar services in Kansas.

Hair: Balding, gray
Eyes: Blue
Distinguishing marks: often had a mustache or beard; bumps on head due to electrocution
