This summer marks three years that have passed since a teenager was reported missing in northeast Kansas. Rosa Tista Deleon was last seen on July 4, 2022, in Olathe. She was 15 years old back then. I’ve shared her story with you before, but I’ve now learned a bit more about Rosa. She was on vacation in Olathe when she vanished. According to her case file, it is believed that Rosa is in Philadelphia, Penn. I’d love if you can help me get word out on this case.
