This year marks four years since a man was reported missing in south-central Kansas. Randal Gene Roy, then 59, was last seen on April 8, 2021. He is a non-compliant sex offender, and was last known to be living in Wichita.
On Feb. 24, 2012, he was convicted for aggravated sexual battery for a case out of Kansas City. He’s supposed to be on the sex offender registry for 25 years.
The photo seen in the Facebook post below, shows him wearing the dark shirt and glasses. It was taken days before he was last seen in 2021.
