A man went missing from northeast Kansas more than a decade ago, and his whereabouts remain a mystery.
Jesus Carlos Quinones Flores was reported missing on Sept. 14, 2010, from Topeka. According to his case file with the Department of Justice, he left with a person in a 1997 gray Dodge Caravan with Kansas plates. He was supposed to be returning home to Mexico, but he never made it there. His wife believes Jesus is dead. Some speculate it’s possible he changed his name, the case files state.
