This year marks 20 years that have passed since family and friends have heard from Jeffrey Todd Andes. He was reported missing on Dec. 28, 2005, in Winfield, Kan.
On that morning, Jeffrey told his family that he was going to drive to Chicago to visit a friend. According to case records, they never knew if Jeffrey made it there, but they do know his car did not. Jeffrey was driving a black and gold 2004 Ford Expedition, which was found in Saint Louis.
