Family fears the worst for a man missing from northeast Kansas for years.
Lance Nolan Morin, then 32, was last seen on June 23, 2023. Records with the Department of Justice reveal that’s when he last spoke to family on the phone. At the time, he told family he was in Kansas City, Mo. Lance drives a four-door red 2010 Ford Focus with an Indiana Tag # ZUF309.
He has ties to many communities including:
- Jackson County, Mo.
- Whitley County, Ind.
- Grands Forks County, N.D.
- Blue earth County, Minn.
- Hennepin County, Minn
