UPDATE – 7/7/2025: The family of a missing Wichita man is offering a $10,000 reward for information.

Eric Marko disappeared from his home around Aug. 1, 2024, and his family is working to get answers. The family is offering $10,000 to anyone who can find Eric or provide information leading to his discovery. The reward will be paid if Eric is physically found and positively identified.

It’s been a frustrating journey to not get answers, even when Wichita Police helped share the message about Eric being missing last year. WPD did get some tips in the case, but they did not generate anything major.

The police department cannot say if foul play is or is not involved in this case – evidence has not led them to anything definitive, WPD shares.

Family does fear foul play, though. Eric’s family has a group chat, and nobody heard from him in days, back with he vanished late last summer, his brother shares. The back door of Eric’s home was unlocked, and his wallet and phone were gone – that’s it, his brother said.

If someone has a tip, you can speak to Wichita Police Det. Addie Perkins (316) 268-4640.
